York Street Budget Apartments offers affordable, furnished apartments right opposite Wynyard train station, in the heart of the business and financial district of Sydney. Ideal for corporate travellers and long term relocations, these apartments offer separate bedrooms, balconies, full kitchens and internal laundry facilities. To keep costs down, the building does not offer a pool or gym, however many gyms are located just nearby, and the Cook and Phillip Aquatic centre is just a few minutes walk away in Hyde Park.

York Street Budget Apartments are fully furnished, and offer all the comforts of home including all linen, towels, cooking utensils and cleaning products required. Rates provided are room only without servicing, however weekly housekeeping and WiFi can be offered at a small additional charge. Just enquire for a full quote based on your requirements!

Our apartments offer three standards of accommodation: budget, standard and executive. Our budget apartments offer original furnishings, however offer the exact same layout and apartment facilities. All of our apartments offer city views from the balcony.

The budget and standard two bedroom apartments offer Queen + Double + Single, 2 large balconies with city views, and some with a seperate lavatory room. All feature at least one full bathroom with seperate shower and bath. Each two bedroom is at least 99sqm in size, and one of the largest apartment sizes in the city.

Our new Executive Two Bedroom Apartment features stylish modern furniture, 2 Queen Beds, and high floor with views over the city, with beautiful bathroom with rainshower, and additional lavatory room.

Our one bedroom apartments are spacious at around 66sqm each all with balcony and city view. Each offers a full bathroom with shower over bath, as well as full kitchen and internal laundry.
